Refund policy
1. RETURNS
All returns and exchanges need to be reported to us within 28 days of receiving your orders. Please get in touch at support@theapreslife.com with your full name and order number. A dedicated member of our team will advise on the best way to get your goods back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Products with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
2. AMENDING YOUR ORDER
Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will pick, pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Whilst we endeavour to amend orders after they have been placed, please note that this is not always possible. It is advisable that any changes your wish to make to your order are communicated to our Customer Service Team at support@theapreslife.com.
3. REFUNDS
Once our team has received your order and ensure this is in an unused condition, we shall process a refund using the same payment method on your order. You will receive an automated email once we have processed your refund.
4. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theapreslife.com with your order number and details of the defective or damaged item to arrange this. Please include photographs to substantiate your claim.
